1. Request for Proposal (RFP) Stage:

2. Project Implementation Stage:


   a. Project Kickoff:

      - Conduct a kickoff meeting with the client to align on project goals, timelines, and expectations.

      - Introduce the project team and establish communication protocols.


   b. Requirement Gathering:

      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and document them comprehensively.

   c. Design and Development:

      - Design system architecture, user interfaces, and database structures based on gathered requirements.

   d. Quality Assurance:
